Install commands and how to run TUN mode are in the Linux guide.
The app isn't signed by Apple yet. Drag it to Applications, then run this once in Terminal before opening it:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/NullVPN.appUpdates installed from inside the app don't need it again.
This file has to be signed before it installs, with a certificate whose profile includes the Network Extensions capability (for example with ESign or Sideloadly). Without that capability the app installs but can't connect. On iOS 18 and later, add NullVPN to Control Center to connect without opening the app.
Each release lists the SHA-256 of every file in SHA256SUMS.txt. Compare it with yours:
Get-FileHash .\NullVPN-windows-x64-setup.exe
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt --ignore-missing
